Resurrection Cup Coffee Information

Tucked along Griffin Road in Fort Lauderdale, Resurrection Cup Coffee feels like one of those places you stumble upon once and immediately add to your regular rotation. The location at 2612 Griffin Rd is easy to miss if you’re just driving by, but once inside, the warm, laid-back atmosphere makes it clear why it has built such a loyal following in local reviews. The space leans into a cozy, slightly rustic vibe with plenty of natural light, making it just as suitable for a quick morning coffee as it is for settling in with a laptop for a couple of hours.

The menu keeps things focused but thoughtfully curated, which is often a good sign. Their coffee program stands out right away, with well-balanced espresso drinks and pour-overs that highlight the beans without overcomplicating the experience. A standard latte here tastes clean and smooth, not overly sweet, and the baristas clearly know what they’re doing. On one visit, the cappuccino came with a perfect foam ratio-something even bigger chains often miss. For those who prefer something cold, the iced options hold up just as well, especially in Florida’s heat.

Beyond coffee, the food selection adds to the appeal. The menu includes a mix of light breakfast and lunch options-think fresh pastries, simple sandwiches, and a few heartier bites. It’s not an extensive diner-style spread, but what they do offer feels intentional and well-executed. A toasted sandwich paired with a fresh brew makes for an easy, satisfying meal without feeling heavy. Regulars often mention the consistency in both taste and presentation, which matches what you’d expect from a place that pays attention to detail.

Service is another strong point. The staff tends to be friendly without being overbearing, and orders come out at a steady pace even during busier hours. It’s the kind of spot where you might notice baristas remembering repeat customers, adding a personal touch that elevates the overall experience. Online reviews frequently highlight this same sense of community, which seems to be a big part of the shop’s identity.

While it may not have the scale or variety of larger coffeehouses, that’s part of its charm. Resurrection Cup Coffee focuses on doing the essentials well-quality drinks, a comfortable setting, and genuine service-and that simplicity is exactly what keeps people coming back.

What People's Say About Place

Arrived an hour before closing… opening and closing times are not what one would expect but made sense according to explanation I was given . The nice lady exploit me about the menu for food and beverage options. I chose a Cuban sandwich which was exceptionally delicious made with real cooked pork and ham , Swiss cheese and pickles and mustard. My double shot of espresso with caramel and oat milk was very good too. I love the whole vibe of the place with outdoor and indoor seating. There is a wall of bookshelves stocked with books to read while there or take home with a small donation box available. I hope people will use the honor system or at least return books. I am not sure if they take donations of books. You might as. I recommend this coffee shop 10x over. Open early.. closes early but do go in and try something delicious.

A cozy neighborhood gem! Resurrection Cup Coffee offers delicious drinks and tasty food, all served with genuinely friendly, welcoming service. The indoor and outdoor seating make it a great spot no matter the weather, and the book selection is such a lovely touch. You can relax and read on site or take one home for a small donation. I went once and had to come back again for a larger size for their Iced Vanilla Chai with Oat Milk.

I live very close to this coffee shop, so I love walking over and either sitting for a bit or taking my order to go. Everything here is genuinely great, the drinks, the food, and the whole vibe. The lady at the register is always super sweet and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. The place looks amazing inside, too. They have books you can browse and the décor is adorable, warm, and cozy. It’s the kind of spot that makes you want to stay awhile. Definitely one of my favorite local gems!

Immediately was greeted by the lovely girl at the cashier. She explained the menu to us. The coffee was so good! I got the Iced Pistachio. The price is also amazing! I got two coffees for about 9 dollars. You don’t see that anymore!!! There is enough parking, inside and outside seating, and a cute bookshelf if you’re interested. Highly recommend!

If you don't live close enough to walk here or stop in on your commute, you should move. Like, now. This amazing independent business full of soul is that good. There's a new apartment building a block down the street. Not even joking. Break the lease, sell the house, and move. Zero exaggeration. DO IT NOW. PS the food, coffee, inside, outside, folks who run it, staff, etc are all fantastic just in case you're not already loading the moving truck. Google needs a 6th star just for here. Alright, still don't believe me? Try the bread pudding. Let Alice pick the best piece for you. You can thank me later

The service absolutely made this and is why I’m leaving this review. We had some fantastic coffee, and don’t sleep on the ham croquetas - they’re delicious! The bookshop casual vibe is great, and the service was fast and kind. Definitely make this stop.
